Shipments are made only through the courier company GLS and its Group affiliates. Shipments to Spain cost € 6,32_ 24-48HRS
MIA AND VERSSEL ships worldwide. Contact us for any questions about expenses and shipping options to your country. All costs other than the cost of transport are borne by the customer.
The previous delivery costs may be reduced or even eliminated in the case of special promotions that, temporarily or temporarily, MAV. on said costs, and provided that he expressly communicates it to his clients.
Once the order leaves our warehouses, an e-mail will be sent notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being sent, along with a tracking code for your package in some international cases.
The transport company GLS tries to deliver the package at destination. In case this does not succeed, they will call the customer to agree on a second delivery date. The expenses that such modification generates will be assumed in any case by you. Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided on your form, so it is important that you pay attention to cover the delivery address data, once the order is placed, it will not be allowed to make any type of change in the shipping address. We will not be held responsible in case the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders of MIA AND VERSSEL products are subject to availability. If any product is not available once the order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or by telephone. At that time you can modify your order or cancel it.
PRE-ORDER
Make the purchase of a product in PRE-ORDER means that you have bought a product that is not in stock but will be back in a short time.
To pre-order a model, you will have to add it to your purchase as if you were placing an order in the normal way. Then, you should follow the payment process as usual, keep in mind that if you make a pre-order, it will be treated as a normal order and the funds will be extracted from your account when you place the order. The orders of that product will begin to be sent from the date indicated in the product file.
If your order contains a mix of pre-order and items in stock, we will make a single shipment on the date that is scheduled for the pre-order. The confirmation email of your order will contain both items in stock and those of pre-order.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
The order will not be processed until it is accepted and the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as an acknowledgment of receipt, but this will not imply that the order has been accepted. The Agreement between you and MAV will only be formalized after sending an e-mail in which we will inform you that the order is being sent and only for the articles related in the confirmation.
PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
The price of the products will be the stipulated in each moment in our web site. MIA AND VERSSELq reserves the right to modify the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. These modifications will not affect, in any case, the orders that we have already sent the confirmation of shipment.
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be the legally valid at any time.
All prices are shown in euro (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT). Transportation costs, as well as taxes and fees for entry and exit of the product (if applicable) are not included in the price.
Any order placed must be paid immediately after the order confirmation. Only orders will be processed if the payment has been completed and verified.

It is very important that you indicate as Operation Concept the order number or the User Name. This will facilitate the association with the order. If you do not put it, we will have to do a manual scan, it will take longer and we may not be able to find out which order corresponds. This delays everything and lengthens the delivery time of your order. If you forgot to do it, however, it has arrangement. Please send a message to our customer service team at info@miaverssel.com and they will tell you what to do to solve it.
You do not need to send us the receipt of the transfer. Save it for a few days because it will be useful in case you forget to put the order number as Concept.
Please note that transfers from different entities than Banco BBVA can take up to two business days (not counting weekends or bank holidays) to arrive, according to banking regulations. We will send you an email warning once we have payment confirmation
Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro):
At MIA AND VERSSEL we have adapted the PayTPV standard for your comfort and safety. When you confirm your order with payment by card, a PayTPV page frame will appear on the screen, where you must indicate the number, expiration date and the security code CW2 (included on the front). In case your card is secure, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
These data will not be stored or manipulated by us, but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. If you want, you can save the data of your card for future purchases so that you only have to enter your MAV password and PayTPV will authorize the payment automatically. You can associate to your customer account as many cards as you need and if you have several billing addresses you can associate to each one the same card or different cards.
In order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of transactions, these are performed through the Secura Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit security keys.
The charge will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. In the event that the charge can not be finally carried out (for any reason), the order will be automatically canceled.
As our system prioritizes security, after authorizing payment, your bank can request additional confirmation through a private code sent to your mobile phone, with a key card or with the additional security key you have programmed.

PRIORITY SHIPMENT
It is understood by the PRIORITY SHIPMENT payment in case of personalized products that we will prioritize your order, that is, your order will be processed first in the queue. When you place an priority order it does not mean that it will arrive in 24 hours, as the shipment of custom orders usually takes between 3-4 working days.
DELIVERY TIME
Depending on the territory of the client and the volume of order processing, delivery times may vary from 2 to 5 working days, from the confirmation of payment.
*Custom Products will have an average delivery time of 10 working days. In any case we will always try to shorten the delivery times as much as possible in order to find a quick and efficient reception of orders.
For the above purposes, working days will be understood every day of the week (from Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Custom Products will be considered all those for whose elaboration is determined an individual choice or decision from the part of the consumer and user or it has requested the personalization of some of its characteristics or pieces, such as, without exhaustive character or limitation, the inclusion of the initials of a personal name on the product. However, products made according to standard options offered by MAV to the general public, such as color or pattern, will not be considered as Custom Products.
If we can not deliver, the courier company will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date. If you wish to change the initially selected delivery address, the expenses that such modification generates will be assumed in any case by you.
Between August 14-25, and from December 15 to January 6, all orders will take up to 7 business days. The Priority Order option to jump to the first one in the production queue will continue to exist but the delivery time is extended during these dates.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As a general rule, you have 15 natural days to return your purchase online and request the change or refund of the amount, except Personalized Products that do not accept changes or refunds. We also remind you that the colors that appear on the screen may vary in reality. In any case, you can consult our general refund policy below: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 calendar days following the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods to execute your right to return and request the change or the refund of the amount.
In case of returns by own will, the direct costs of the return will be paid by the customer.
In the purchase of Personalized Products there will be no right of withdrawal on your part once the order is placed, therefore, you can not request a change or return, unless the product delivered is defective. To make a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition. There will be no change or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, along with their original packaging, labels and along with any accessory related to them.
The quality department will determine if the MIA AND VERSSEL products are in the same conditions in which they were sent. You will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation. Products that have been returned damaged, incomplete, damaged, used or dirty by the fault of the customer will not be reimbursed and will be made available to their sender and returned to postage due.
To make the return you must follow the following steps:
* Send an email to info@miaverssel.com requesting for the return and we will send you the return form.
* Pack the item to be returned in its original packaging (with the original labels) and include the return form.
* The shipping company will pick up the package at the agreed address.
You can decide between:
- Change for another product: The change can be made for another product with the same characteristics or the same price.
- Refund in the form of payment: once the goods have been received in our warehouses and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of their amount in the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the payment method used. by the customer (eg on the same credit card used to pay for the purchase or on the PayPal account that he uses). The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date you returned the product.
In the event that the delivered product is defective, you must follow the aforementioned return procedure. The quality department of MAV will examine that there is indeed a manufacturing defect. Once examined, we will contact you through the telephone number or email address you provided in the letter, communicating the answer. In the event that the product is not defective, any expense that may arise will be at the customer's expense.
COUPONS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
MAV eventually carries out various competitions and promotions in the different social networks. All vouchers or promotional codes will not be cumulative and will have a minimum purchase of € 50, unless the bases indicate otherwise. Likewise, only residents of the peninsula will be eligible for the bonus or promotional voucher, unless the bases, as in the previous case, indicate otherwise. In no way will the bonds be refundable for money.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY
Bags and accessories purchased in Europe are protected by a limited warranty of two years from the date of original receipt (proof of purchase is required).
If the bag, small item or accessory does not comply with the provisions within a period of two years (or longer if required by applicable law) after the date of purchase, we will repair the product at no additional cost or replace it with an identical one or comparable (at the customer's option). If a purse, small item or accessory that does not comply with the provisions is replaced, the original item will not be returned to the customer.
If we can not replace or repair the product, you will be entitled to return it and terminate the agreement with a refund equivalent to the amount paid.
This guarantee complements your legal rights and does not affect the validity thereof.
Conditions and exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by color transfer, accidents or improper use. Also, it does not cover the damages caused as a result of alteration, maintenance or repair carried out by a third party other than MAV.
MAV is responsible for the costs associated with sending the defective product for repair or replacement.
